Wow! What an exciting season for the team known as the Raglan Rogues, by its players and coaches! With a 9-1 smashing of Cambridge last week, it seems as if we are getting better as time goes by. We have been winning most of our games. We have beaten Cambridge High, Hamilton Boys High, Waihi College in the last three weeks.
The trainings that Matua Liam gives us contribute to the play of the boys on the field. And with Nathan as our captain, it’s hard not to see why we played so well these past couple of weeks. The support from the coach, the audience and the manager, JRao is awesome. The play last week was one of the best I’ve seen, and I am very proud of the team! We have our final game against St Peters on Saturday 5 of September.
